If you would really like to receive my care but my fees prohibit you from scheduling, please e-mail me to let me know.  I have a few spots I can offer at a sliding scale.  I am no longer an in-network provider for insurance companies, but I can give you a detailed statement designed to submit to HRA's, HSA's, FSA's, and insurance companies with out-of-network benefits.

May I have more details about somatic coaching?  Scheduling and fees?

Somatic coaching sessions are offered in 60-minute blocks of time.  They can be done in person or remotely.  Some bodywork can be done within an in-person somatic coaching session.  The rate is $120 for a 60-minute individual session.  We can discuss creating a multi-visit package at a lower rate.  We can also schedule a complimentary 15-minute visit or call to determine if working together feels like a good fit.  Feel free to email or text me with questions or to schedule.  Group somatic awareness workshops are another great and more affordable option.  Please visit the Workshops page for more information about group work.

What are your credentials?

I'm a chiropractor licensed through the state of Vermont.  I'm also an integrative somatic practitioner certified through the Integrative Wellness Academy.

What types of payment do you accept?

I accept checks, cash, Venmo or credit/debit card (all types).

What will my first bodywork visit entail, and how long will it last?

Your first visit will include a consultation, an evaluation, and treatment.  First visits last approximately 60 minutes.

After my first visit, what will my subsequent visits entail, and how long will they last?

Subsequent visits include gentle bodywork composed of myofascial release, zero balancing, energy work, and craniosacral therapy.  You may choose 60 minutes, 45 minutes, or 30 minutes.  45 minutes is appropriate for the average visit.  30 minutes works well for a tune-up or focused area.  60 minutes works well for a more complex situation or if you enjoy a longer session.

How should I dress for my visits?

Since you will be clothed during your treatment sessions, it is best to dress in loose, soft comfortable clothing (gym pants, shorts, pajama bottoms, etc.)  Many patients bring a change of clothing with them.

Will any sudden and forceful manipulation techniques that twist and "crack" the spine be used?

No, all techniques used are very slow and deliberate, leaving the spine in a neutral position.

Do you have online scheduling?

Yes, I do! You will find a link to Square Appointments on the Appointments page.
